This project involved the construction of a cedar and stone garage and carport, an adjacent fence surrounding a small Zen garden, and required a complex drainage system to divert rainfall coming from a hillside, Not only was the work well done and within budget, nearly every neighbor and some passer buys have told me that it is the most beautiful garage they've ever seen. It shows from the street and added a lot to the hardscape of my back yard. We have since sold that house, and I miss the garage and the compliments it generated. Prior to that, Eric had done a series of projects inside the house as we literally redid the entire house over a period of 10 years. Spinazzola & Co is the best there is when it comes to historic renovation. Their many years of experience in renovating historic homes insured that there weren't any surprises without a solution and they seamlessly blended the old with the new. The attention to detail and level of quality was superb. Nothing was done unless it was done right. They also made sure that subcontractors, like the foundation company, were held to the same high standard.
